Hamas activist says US is losing to militant groups

A Hamas official has claimed that Hezbollah's gains in Lebanon are part of a regional process that began last year in the Gaza Strip and will continue in Jordan and Egypt.
Sheik Yazeeb Khader, a Ramallah-based Hamas political activist said militant groups across the Middle East are gaining power at the expense of US-backed regimes.
He cited as an example the Hamas seizure of the Gaza Strip from forces loyal to US-backed Palestinian Authority.
"What happened in Gaza in 2007 is an achievement; now it is happening in 2008 in Lebanon. It's going to happen in 2009 in Jordan and it's going to happen in 2010 in Egypt," Sheik Khader said in an interview to The Washington Times.
"We are seeing a redrawing of the map of the Middle East where the forces of resistance are the ones moving the things on the ground."
His remarks highlight how a growing alliance linking the Hamas, Iran and Hezbollah is straddling the Shi'ite-Sunni rift.
The notion of new countries falling under Islamist influence reflects a goal of Hamas' parent group, the Muslim Brotherhood, of replacing secular Arab regimes with Islamist governments, the paper reported.
The fighting of the past few days has brought Lebanon closer to armed internal conflict than at any other time since the end of its 15-year civil war in 1990.

Buddhism for peace,excluding the tibetan violent type.
Seems like the christians started the conflicts and the muslims are forced to prolong it cos' they are not giving in. I think the people of the world should embrace Buddhism,not the tibetan type though,because theirs is also a violent religion. So far I haven’t seen any buddhist country invading other countries or causing strife in other forms.

Yes the true Muslim Brotherhood bringing death and destruction to all and blaming everyone else.. Those other made me kill you! And the poor dumb teenagers believe them thinking God needs you to help him! One day poor people when you have enough of the death and destructon you will turn to find the living christ who will bring life and God back into your life.. You just have to look on youtube search for christ dream conversion and you will see true stories of people leaving islam and finding love and life that jesus brings.. so poor Mulism Brothers you are dying.. you are winning nothing.. sorry i pray that you see the light of Jesus appear in your dreams so that you find a real cause and path to God

GIVING THE POWER TO THE MULLAHS IS THE DESTRUCTIONS OF THE MUSLIM RELIGION AND I HOPE THEY WILL NOT DESTROY NIEGHBORING COUNTRIES BECAUSE OF THIER FANATISIMS. IT WILL HAPPEN IF THE PEOPLE OF THE MUSLIM COUNT RIES WILL STOP DESTROYING THIER OWN BY USING ISLAM AS A VEHICLE TO OBTAIN POWER.
